Recently submitted to planning this project proposes the demolition of existing auto servicing centre and joinery building and erection of building of 4, 5 and 6 storey, plus a basement, comprising co-working floor space (B1), 15 residential build-to-rent flats (C3), 49 predominately single co-living residential units (sui generis), ancillary employment and residents’ indoor amenity space including a cafe, landscaped residents’ outdoor space, associated plant and electrical substation, access, cycle spaces and associated works.
