Set within the Pimlico conservation area, this conversion of a 5-storey Victorian townhouse involved the creation of 4-bedrooms (3 en-suite), a reception room with adjoining dining room and kitchen at ground floor, an office at first and a guest bedroom, bathroom and a large family living room at lower ground.


Through a continuous design and development process, packages completed for the refurbishment included the setting out and detailing of all rooms, kitchen design, sanitary-ware provision, bespoke joinery and the coordination of all fixtures and fittings within the house. The project was completed September 2O18.
